Cybersecurity today doesn't rest on technology alone, but above all on people who understand risks, obligations, and business impacts. Such people have long been in short supply on the market. With the new Cybersecurity Act, it makes sense for many companies to train up their own person who can get to grips with the subject, take responsibility, and translate the new requirements into real decisions and working measures.
The aim of the workshop isn't to promise that after three days you'll be a "finished expert". That wouldn't be fair, because it can't be done in 3 days. The point is to give you a solid foundation: to know where to start, what to watch out for, and how to manage cybersecurity so that it makes sense to both management and operations.
Together, using real-world examples, we'll go through the entire framework of a cybersecurity manager's work: from risk management, through planning appropriate security measures and creating documentation, to setting up business continuity and responding to incidents.
The course content is based on the requirements of the new Cybersecurity Act and related decrees, ISO 27001, TISAX, and other standards, which we can cover and incorporate at your request.
