Every organization has assets it needs to protect – data, technology, know-how, key processes, and people. At the same time, it faces risks that affect these assets.
In this online seminar, we'll focus on what to protect in your company, why, and how. We'll walk through the entire cyber risk management process as it works in practice – from identifying assets, through assessing threats and vulnerabilities, to determining the level of risk and proposing appropriate measures.
We'll show you how to evaluate risks so that the results make sense not just "on paper" but serve as a basis for further decision-making. We'll explain how to work with a risk matrix, what a risk assessment report should contain, and how to plan risk treatment, including residual risks.
The full-day seminar takes place online from 9 AM to approximately 5 PM.
