About the course

Decree No. 410/2025 Coll. requires the management of organisations in the lower-obligations regime to appoint a person responsible for cybersecurity and give them the authority they need. This person must complete professional training without undue delay or demonstrate expertise in cybersecurity. The decree doesn’t specify what that training should look like.

Over three days, we’ll walk you through the key areas you’ll be dealing with in your organisation – from assigning responsibilities and security documentation, through suppliers and training, to incidents and business continuity. We’ll explain what the law requires, but our main focus will be on how to build each obligation into the day-to-day running of your organisation.

The aim isn’t for you to know the decree by heart after three days. It’s for you to go back to your organisation knowing what to do first, what comes next and who you need on board.

Topics covered

The course is based on Decree No. 410/2025 Coll. on security measures in the lower-obligations regime. Alongside the live sessions, you’ll receive materials you can keep coming back to in your work. Above all, you’ll gain a system for approaching the role, so you don’t have to tackle each obligation from scratch every time.

  • The role of the person responsible for cybersecurity
  • Taking stock of where you are now
  • Security measures and documentation
  • Human resources security and training
  • Suppliers and security requirements in contracts
  • Security events and incidents
  • Business continuity, recovery priorities and backups

Dates and price

The course runs from 25 to 27 November 2026. The price is CZK 19,500 excl. VAT and includes participation, online learning materials and a certificate of completion. The invoice is payable before the course starts.
