Draft implementing decrees and government regulations have entered inter-ministerial review. These documents begin to reveal what cybersecurity regulation will look like in practice \u2013 for both companies and public institutions. Below is a summary of the most notable changes.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae084b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae084b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Overview of decrees and regulations<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49c1b12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49c1b12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>On May 16, a <strong>key phase<\/strong> in the preparation of the new Cybersecurity Act began. Draft implementing decrees and two government regulations were released for public consultation. These will supplement the framework law with specific, <strong>actionable rules<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Drafts of 8 decrees and 2 government regulations were submitted for review. N\u00daKIB estimates that these may be adopted around <strong>October or November 2025<\/strong>.
