Od tohoto dne za\u010dala organizac\u00edm v \u010cesku, kter\u00e9 poskytuj\u00ed regulovanou slu\u017ebu, b\u011b\u017eet 60denn\u00ed lh\u016fta pro ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed slu\u017eeb\u00a0 N\u00daKIB. T\u00e9to povinnosti p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed tzv. <em data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"298\">samoidentifikace<\/em>, v r\u00e1mci kter\u00e9 si organizace musej\u00ed samy vyhodnotit, jestli na n\u011b z\u00e1kon dopad\u00e1 nebo nikoliv. Jak na to?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae084b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae084b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Co je to samoidentifikace?<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49c1b12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49c1b12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Samoidentifikace je proces, kdy si <strong>organizace mus\u00ed sama posoudit<\/strong>, jestli spad\u00e1 pod nov\u00fd z\u00e1kon o kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti t\u00edm, \u017ee poskytuje regulovanou slu\u017ebu. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se tedy vlastn\u011b \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161ech spole\u010dnost\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch organizac\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d odv\u011btv\u00edmi. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee organizace vyhodnot\u00ed, \u017ee regulovanou slu\u017ebu poskytuje, mus\u00ed to <strong>do 31. prosince 2025<\/strong> (do 60 dn\u016f od zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed) ohl\u00e1sit prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.nukib.gov.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Port\u00e1lu N\u00daKIB<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28ae9b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"28ae9b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca8e588 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca8e588\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Proto\u017ee pokud byste\u202fbyli regulovan\u00fdm subjektem a neohl\u00e1sili\u202fse\u202fna N\u00daKIB, mohla by v\u00e1m hrozit pokuta \u2013 a\u017e <strong>250 milion\u016f korun<\/strong> nebo <strong>2 % z ro\u010dn\u00edho obratu<\/strong> (podle toho, co je v\u00edc).<\/p><p>I kdy\u017e uveden\u00e9 sankce jsou sp\u00ed\u0161 odstra\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edho charakteru, <strong>doporu\u010dujeme samoidentifikaci nepodcenit<\/strong> a opravdu zjistit si, jestli se v\u00e1s nov\u00fd z\u00e1kon bude t\u00fdkat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-deb0f84 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"deb0f84\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Co si k\u202fsamoidentifikaci p\u0159ipravit? <\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5796b46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5796b46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Velikost spole\u010dnost:<\/strong> Velikost zjist\u00edte podle po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f nebo finan\u010dn\u00edch ukazatel\u016f.
