The notification concerns <strong>specific regulated services<\/strong>you provide. Everything is submitted through a single form, where you list all the services at once. The notification can only be submitted by the <strong>statutory body<\/strong> or a <strong>designated representative.<\/strong>. when reporting a regulated service, this is twice as true. <strong>The form must be completed in one go and it cannot be saved as you progress.<\/strong> We therefore recommend preparing all information in advance so you don\u2019t have to repeat the entire process.<\/p><p>Before you access the N\u00daKIB Portal, prepare the following information:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Company size<\/strong> \u2013 consolidated number of employees, annual turnover, and a balance sheet (not required for state authorities or local government bodies)<\/li><li><strong>List of contact persons and their contact details<\/strong> (name, surname, phone number, email) \u2013 if unavailable at the time of submission, they can be added within 30 days from receiving the registration decision<\/li><li><strong>List of regulated services<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Sector in which the regulated service is provided<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Additional information related to the regulated service<\/strong> \u2013 e.g. whether you hold an electricity production licence<\/li><li><strong>List of public IP addresses and domains<\/strong>related to the regulated service\n(if you do not have them at the time of submission, they must be provided within 30 days of receiving the registration decision)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
