About the webinar

Once a regulated service is registered, a one-year implementation period begins to meet the requirements of the new Cybersecurity Act. For many organisations, this is not just about “finishing the documentation”, but about gradually setting up risk management, responsibilities, processes, and technical measures in a way that actually works in practice.

Not sure where to start or how to approach the preparation? During the webinar, we will walk through what obligations follow after the notification of regulated services, what needs to be addressed immediately, what makes sense to plan over time, and where organisations most often make mistakes.

We will focus on:

  • Obligations according to the new Cybersecurity Act
  • Organisational and technical measures that will need to be implemented
  • How to start the preparation (risk management, gap analysis, security documentation)
  • How to set a realistic approach within the one-year deadline
  • What to expect from a governance, process, and responsibility perspective
  • What makes sense to handle internally and what may be worth outsourcing

Who’s leading the webinar?

Kateřina Hůtová

Katka is a co-founder and Cybersecurity Manager at Cybrela. She specialises in the new Cybersecurity Act, ISO 27001, TISAX, DORA, and other cybersecurity regulations. She focuses on a business-oriented approach, clarity, and adapting security to the needs of the organisation, not forcing the organisation to adapt to the law.

Who should attend?

The webinar is intended for companies and organisations that know they fall under the new Cybersecurity Act and are looking for ways to translate the new obligations into real-world operations. It will be especially valuable for management, IT managers, and professionals responsible for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
