About the workshop

Cybersecurity today cannot function without qualified professionals – and there just aren’t enough. The new Cybersecurity Act will make that gap even wider. The solution? Train your own cybersecurity expert!

The goal of this workshop isn’t to claim that you’ll know everything in three days. Because that’s not realistic.But you will know where to start, how to continue, and what path to take so you can manage cybersecurity in your company in a business-driven, structured, and practical way.

Throughreal-world examples we’ll cover everything from risk management to planning security measures, writing documentation, and setting up business continuity.

  • The role and responsibilities of the cybersecurity manager
  • Risk management – how to identify, assess, and manage risks

 

Day 2 (October 23, 2025, 9 AM–4 PM)

  • Security measures – how to implement effective protection
  • Organizational measures – how to set up processes and responsibilities correctly
  • Technical measures – how to ensure technology works for you, not against you

 

Day 3 (October 24, 2025, 9:00–12:00)

  • Documentation – how to structure policies, guidelines, and procedures properly
  • Introduction to BCP/DRP – how to quickly return to normal when something goes wrong
  • Recapitulation and Q&A

Who’s leading the workshop?

Kateřina Hůtová

Katka is the co-founder and cybersecurity manager at Cybrela. She helps companies find solutions that work – without overcomplicating things. She focuses on business-first thinking, clarity, and adapting to the needs of the company – not blindly following regulations.

Pricing

The price is CZK 19,500 excl. VAT and includes participation, training materials, certificate of completion, and refreshments. Payment due before the event.

Register via form. Registration is binding. If cancelled less than 5 working days before the event, the fee is non-refundable, but you can send someone else in your place.
