In cooperation with Weinhold Legal, we would like to invite you to a seminar about duties of members of the statutory body. The seminar will be held in Czech language.
Povinnosti členů statutárního orgánu

During the seminar, we will:

  • remind you of the duties of the statutory body under the Business Corporation Act, while attention will be paid in particular to the most practical aspects,
  • focus on the new duties of the statutory body under the forthcoming legislation in the field of cyber security.

 

Enough space will also be devoted to practical discussion and pressing questions that every member of the statutory body asks.

Contact and registration

Participation in the seminar is charged at a fee of CZK 4,500 (excluding VAT) per person, which covers the costs of the seminar. Binding registration for the seminar takes place via the registration form on the Weinhold Legal website.
