About the workshop

Business Continuity Management is all about keeping your company running during outages, crises, or unexpected disruptions. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to manage business continuity according to the international ISO 22301 standard.

We’ll show you how to build a business continuity plan (BCP) that helps your organization get back on track faster. You’ll go through impact analysis (BIA), identifying critical processes and priorities. We’ll explain what terms like RTO, RPO or DRP, and how to work with these plans when disruptions hit, so your business can resume operations as quickly as possible

The goal? You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what to protect, how to plan, and what to test.
