Your responsibilities:
Administration:
- Podpora finančního oddělení a účetnictví (správa a evidence faktur)
- Podpora HR oddělení (podpora při přípravě mezd, docházka, pracovní výkazy apod.)
- Podpora sales oddělení (péče o naše kontakty v CRM)
- Managing calendars a organizace schůzek
- Preparing documents, formatting, and handling other administrative tasks
Office management:
- Managing front desk operations
- Handling phone calls
- Communicating with suppliers (cleaning services, building management, etc.)
What skills are we looking for?
- Proven work experience in a similar role (administration, assistance, finance)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills: the ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Vysoká míra profesionality a důraz na detail
- Creativity – the ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions
- Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Czech as a native language
- ENGLISH at least at a B2 level
