About the webinar

The new legislation on critical infrastructure (under the CER Directive) introduces significant changes that go far beyond the energy or transport sectors. During the webinar, we will cover who the Act applies to, what specific requirements you must meet if it applies to you, and how to align these new obligations with the Cybersecurity Act (NIS2), the DORA regulation, and your existing cybersecurity framework.

You will leave the webinar with a clear understanding of the necessary steps, your obligations, and how to approach the entire agenda in a structured and process-driven manner.

Agenda

  • Who the new Critical Infrastructure Act applies to
  • Significance criteria: what they are based on and how to think about them in practice
  • Jak posoudit dopad regulace na konkrétní entitu (zda do režimu spadá, případně v jakém rozsahu)
  • What obligations the Act introduces and how they are activated over time (what to address immediately vs. what comes later)
  • How responsibility is defined under the Critical Infrastructure Act
  • The interconnection of the new regulation with other frameworks, in particular DORA and the Cybersecurity Act
